1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).
All artwork-based products are always in stock and ready for shipment.
Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: Next business day
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
2. International Shipping
Zarvion ships worldwide! Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.
Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s customs regulations for details.
International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
3. Order Tracking & Address Changes
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at help@zarvion.com. Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee changes.
4. Special Order Fulfillment
Some products may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations to ensure faster delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your item is defective, incorrect, or lost in transit, please contact us at help@zarvion.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. If approved, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost.
