"Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges" We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, our easy return policy allows you to return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase.

1. Important Notice
Zarvion offers two types of products: Standard & Print-On-Demand (POD).
Standard Products (ready-to-ship): Follow our 30-day hassle-free return policy below.
Print-On-Demand (POD) Products: These are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged, except for defects or incorrect shipments. Please check your order carefully before purchasing.

2. Easy Returns Policy
Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom items, final sale items, Print-On-Demand (POD) products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Costs:
Domestic Orders: Zarvion provides a prepaid return label. A small restocking fee may apply.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

3. How to Return an Item
Start a Return: Email help@zarvion.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Instructions: Our team will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Ship It Back: Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location.
Refund Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect your return and process your refund within 10 business days.

4. Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Contact us at help@zarvion.com, and we’ll assist with a quick exchange.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.
If exchanging an item due to a defective or incorrect shipment, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Store credit is available if you prefer to use the funds for a future purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

6. Print-On-Demand (POD) Orders
POD products are custom-made and non-returnable & non-exchangeable, except for defects or incorrect shipments.
If your item is damaged or incorrect, please email us at help@zarvion.com within 7 days with photos of the issue.
If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, we offer store credit for a repurchase (subject to approval).
