Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

- Return Window: Within 30 days from delivery
- Product Condition: Unused, with original tags and packaging
- Ineligible Items: Customized products and final sale items are non-returnable
- Return Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless item is defective
- Refund Options: Full refund to original payment method or store credit

Note for Print-on-Demand items:
Due to their custom nature, POD items are not eligible for return unless defective. We offer size exchanges or store credit as a solution.
